CODE OF CONDUCT REMINDER

Over the past few weeks, the Club has received feedback on a couple of incidents that have involved the verbal abuse of a volunteer referee and name calling between teammates. Once again, we are forced to remind all of our members about their behavioural responsibilities and expections. We are also requesting that all parents discuss the Club Code of Conduct with their children to ensure they are fully aware of what the Club, and in turn Football SA, expect of them.

SUNDAY CANTEEN

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered in the canteen on Sunday, 26^th July, it was a very busy day so no doubt you were all run off your feet!

This weekend (Sunday, 2^nd August), is a much quieter affair with just 4 MiniRoos games at Taperoo. it is the turn of U8 White (8-10am) and U9 White (10am-11:30pm). Thank you to those of you who have volunteered.

As mentioned last week, the roster for the entire season is now available. Please either contact your coach or email Fran to confirm your availability. volunteers@portpirates.com.au

SENIORS UPDATE

The Seniors took on promotion rivals Eastern United at Taperoo Reserve last Saturday and had to settle for a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Both the Reserves and the U18s were on the receiving end of 5-star performances by their Eastern counterparts.

Next up is a tricky away game against 3^rd placed Adelaide Cobras at Jack Smith Park (home of WT Birkalla) You can find further information on our website. Hope to see you there!
