JUNIORS & MINIROOS PRESENTATION DAY

It is that time of the year again when we celebrate the season that was, and 2020 was a season like no other! Please join us on Sunday, 11^th October at Taperoo Reserve as we acknowledge our Junior and MiniRoos stars.

We can now officially announce the schedule for the day (please note all times are approximate):

MINIROOS PRESENTATIONS

• DOORS OPEN  10:30 am

• U6, U7 and U8 PRESENTATIONS 11:00 am

• LUNCH – 12:00 pm

• U9-U10 PRESENTATIONS – 1:00 pm

• MINIROOS PRESENTATIONS CLOSE – 2:00 pm

JUNIORS PRESENTATIONS

• DOORS OPEN – 2:30 pm

• U12, U13 and U14 PRESENTATIONS 3:00 pm

• MEAL – 4:00 pm

• INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATIONS – 5:00 pm

• U15, U16 and U15 GIRLS PRESENTATIONS – 5:30 pm

• JUNIORS PRESENTATIONS CLOSE – 6:30 pm

COST OF ENTRY

• ADULTS $10 at the door (eftpos or cash)

• CHILDREN – FREE

• Adult cost of entry includes a meal and one free drink (beer, wine or soft drink)

• All children will receive a meal and one free soft drink

PRESENTATION LOGISTICS

• Please arrive before the start of your allocated presentation hour and upon arrival, make your way out onto the Main Pitch to await your specific team’s/age group’s presentation.

• All presentations will be held inside the clubroom one team/age group at a time. Each group will be called into the clubroom when is time for their presentation. We ask that you do not enter the clubroom outside of your/your child’s presentation time unless you are using the facilities or purchasing a drink.

• We recommend bringing along your own chair and/or picnic rug to use both before and after your presentation and also for mealtime.

• Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Finally, we would like to request that you inform your coach if you will be attending the presentation day and if so, how many adults and children will be attending from each family.
