AGM

Notice is hereby given of the 2018 Club Annual General Meeting.

The AGM will be held in the Clubrooms, Taperoo Facility,

Dimboola St, Taperoo

On Sunday 28th October 2018

Commencing at 1.00 p.m.

Nominations are now open for the following Executive Committee positions – these positions are for a Two (2) Year Term in accordance with P.A.S.C. Constitution, Clause 8. Part 8.2.1.

Executive Committee Members are required to hold Two (2) Club Shares as per Clause 8. Part 8.1.

Nomination Forms can be downloaded from our website, collected in person at the Club on 23 September 2018, or requests for Forms and Descriptions of the relevant positions can be made to the Club Secretary, who can be contacted on Mobile: 0409 452 762 or via email: secretary@portpirates.com.au.

The positions up for Election at the AGM are –

1. Chairperson

2. Treasurer

Due to the resignation of the Vice Chairperson mid-term, the position of Vice Chairperson is up for election for a period of 1 year. It will then revert to a two (2) term from 2020.

All nominations are to be received by the Secretary (secretary@portpirates.com.au) prior to

Sunday 21st October 2018.

Vacancies are also open for Management Committee positions – Nominations for these positions can be received on the day.
