To celebrate the start of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup on home soil, we will holding a Watch Party of the Matildas opening Round game against the Republic of Ireland.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase in our canteen.

Train like a Matilda

As a part of the festivities, we will also be holding a Women's Training Session run by Pirates Senior Reserves and JA7 Football Academy Coach Joe Allison which will take place before the game. All women or girls associated with the Pirates are welcome to attend and why not bring along a friend! Join in to experience the fun and comradery of training like a Matilda. Showers and change rooms will be available after the session.
